Our goal is to provide a clear and straightforward refund policy to ensure a transparent and smooth shopping experience

Here is an our refund policy:

Cut Hive specializes in sales of digital files used for machine cutting, laser cutting, engraving, CNC milling and 3D printing.

It's important to understand that digital products are different from physical items. 

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for digital products access to which has already been shared with the customer and that have been accessed or downloaded by the customer.

This is due to the unique nature of digital products as they are not returnable once granted access to and accessed. We ask our customers to abide by both intellectual property rights and our refund policy. Cut Hive Ultimate Bundle is a digital product that cannot be returned after the download has been made available to the customer and it has been accessed by the customer.

We ask all our customers to study our Refund Policy carefully, as well as ensure that their devices and their skills meet the requirements necessary to use the Cut Hive Ultimate Bundle correctly and satisfactorily prior to making their purchase.

This similarly applies to but is not limited to the Cut Hive X-MAS Bundle, the Cut Hive 3D CNC Bundle and other products that we offer and that have the same properties of digital files as the Cut Hive Ultimate Bundle.

In the case that a customer has made a purchase with Cut Hive, has been granted access to the purchased products but has evidently not accessed the products the customer may be eligible to receive a refund. This is NOT possible in the case where a customer has evidently already accessed their purchased products. Cut Hive monitors customer access to the provided download files (PDFs containing the access links to the Cut Hive bundles) at any time.

No Refunds After Download or Use: Once a digital file has been downloaded or used, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued. This policy complies with the regulations governing the sale of digital products. Because digital goods can be easily duplicated or shared, offering refunds after access is not feasible.

Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing our digital products, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions outlined in our refund policy. This agreement includes waiving your right to request a refund after the product has been downloaded or used.
